Meet Carron

Carron didn't set out to build an empire — she set out to make sure people stopped feeling like they had to do it alone. She was diagnosed with leukaemia at just five years old and spent five years in treatment, an experience that shaped her lifelong belief in body confidence and showing up for yourself exactly as you are. That belief runs through everything she's built since.

At 26, while working as a paralegal at a Leeds law firm, Carron lost her partner Joshua suddenly. In the years that followed she trained as a psychotherapist, turning what she'd learned about resilience, grief and rebuilding into Coached by Carron — her life-coaching practice helping women find balance and happiness on their own terms.

Today, based in Leeds, Carron moves between four worlds under one mission — spotlighting women's achievements through the Awards, holding space for community through the Network, walking alongside individual women as their coach, and championing every designer and every body through Fashion Week Yorkshire. Different rooms, same woman, same promise: you don't have to do it alone.
